What’s the Cost of Advertising?

Registering an ad costs 30 MKD +18% VAT or 50 MKD +18% VAT, depending on your item’s category. Detailed payment information is provided to you once the registration process is complete. Find out what it costs for a specific category. You can edit and renew your ad once it’s published for the price of 30 MKD +18% VAT.

Additional Advertisement Options

Advertisers can add additional options in order make their ads more visible.

  • Gallery - Your ad is displayed in the Gallery section located on the right side of the search page. The Gallery displays 3 ads at a time, randomly rotating the ads that are relevant to the search criteria. Price: 90 MKD + 18% VAT
  • Logo Mark – Your company’s logo is displayed on the right side on the ad space in the search pages. This option is available for companies only. Price: 70 MKD + 18% VAT
  • Special Labeling - Your ad is highlighted with a yellow background in the search pages which makes it stand out from the competition. Price: 70 MKD + 18% VAT
  • Top Positioning - Your ad is displayed among the top in related search results. Five randomly selected ads that are related to the search criteria are displayed in top position of every page. Price: 160 MKD + 18% VAT
  • Automatic Renewal - Your ad is automatically renewed every 3 day (six times) over a period of 18 days. Price: 160 MKD + 18% VAT
  • Exclusive Advertisement (Private Advertisers): Gallery + Special Labeling + Automatic Renewal + Top Positioning + SMS Notifications. Price: 456 MKD + 18% VAT
  • Exclusive Advertisement (Companies): Gallery + Logo Mark + Special Labeling + Automatic Renewal + Top Positioning + SMS Notifications. Price: 512 MKD + 18% VAT

Payment Methods

Payment can be made by phone call or credit card.

The Procedure for Making Phone Call Payments:

1. Call the number provided and follow the operator’s instructions. You may respond by pressing your phone’s buttons.
2. You are given a language selection option (Press ”1” for Macedonian, or ”2” for Albanian).
3. You will be asked to enter your 5-digit ad ID (don’t forget to enter # at the end).
4. The operator will repeat the ad number that you’ve entered. Confirm it’s correct by pressing "1", or request to repeat the process by pressing "0" if it’s wrong.
5. The call is finished when you confirm the payment (by pressing "1").

Subscribers of following operators can make phone call payments: Makedonski Telekom, T-Mobile, ONE and VIP.

NOTE: Each call begins with an introductory message about the charge of the call. If the call is terminated before you reach the Pazar3 Payment Center or you get a busy tone, please try to call again. Do NOT call again if the call is interrupted once you have reached Pazar3 Payment Center. Please contact us by e-mail: support@Pazar3.mk or by telephone: 047/454-072. You will be requested to inform us of the phone number you dialed from as well as the ad number so that our administrators can have your ad approved manually.

You must pay within 48 hours from the time you receive the payment instruction e-mail.

Ads are reviewed in accordance with the Pazar3 rules of advertisement and are usually published within 1-2 hours from the time payment has been made. Ads that are paid during late hours are published the following day. Extra options are activated within 15 minutes from the time payment has been made.

The Procedure for Paying with Your Credit Card:

When you choose to pay by credit card, you are required to fill out your card’s number, expiration date and CVC2/CVV2 number (the last 3 digits on the back of the card). Security regarding credit card transactions on Pazar3 is handled by the Halkbank AD system which uses the latest version of SSL protection technology.

Payments can be made with MasterCard or Visa cards that allow online payments.

The Most Common Reasons Your Call May Be Terminated:

  • You are using a touchscreen phone
  • You have deactivated tone dialing
  • Loss of optic data transmission service
  • Incorrect or forgotten ad number
  • Low phone battery level
  • Your keyboard is locked

If You Receive a Busy Signal

Some subscribers are prevented from calling premium numbers and will hear a busy signal instead. If this applies to your phone line, you need to contact your service provider in order to disable the ban. Also, callers with special phone numbers beginning with “0” are not able to dial the Pazar3 service numbers.

Other Questions About Payment

You Have Made the Payment, but the Ad has not yet Been Published

  • Make sure you have called the correct service number. The service number is different for each category. The correct service number can be found in the payment information email.
  • You must make sure that you have selected the correct category for your item. Pazar3 has the right to decline advertisement or change categories if you list your item in the wrong category.
  • You may have entered an incorrect ad ID. Contact Pazar3 Customer Care Center by email (support@pazar3.mk) or by phone (047/454-072) so they can verify your payment manually.
  • Once payment is complete, it takes a minimum of 1-2 hours for Pazar3 administrators to review the ad. Ads that violate the Pazar3 Rules for Advertisement will be denied. You will be allowed to make changes and resubmit the ad for review. Ads that are paid after midnight will be published the following morning.
  • Check your spelling if you can't find your ad in the search pages (read the Pazar3 Search Options in order to improve your search results). Note that older ads are displayed further down in the list.
  • Payment must be made within 48 hours after the ad has been registered. Late payments cannot be automatically credited in our system. In case of a late payment, contact the Pazar3 Customer Care Center by email (support@pazar3.mk) or by phone (047/454-072) so they can verify your payment manually.


Pazar3 only refunds advertising costs in the event of a technical error or manipulation caused by a third party. In other cases, a refund is not possible. If your ad violates the Pazar3 Rules of Advertisement, you will be allowed to change and resubmit it for free. Pazar3 reserves the right to decide when an ad violates the advertising rules.

Pazar3 does not compensate for any financial damages caused to sellers or buyers as a result of their advertisement on Pazar3.

Additional payments are required in following cases:

  • If you intentionally or unintentionally choose an incorrect category for your item which is of a lower price than the proper selection.
  • If you intentionally or unintentionally call a different service number than the one you were instructed to.
