Our growing personal assistant and concierge business is seeking reliable and detailed oriented Personal Assistants. At this time, we offer few different positions, full time or part time with possibilities to grow and advance within our company. The salaries will be based on the position that your skills and experience will be matched with and it will start from 250 euros. Your job will be full of unique challenges and different every day.



Job description & responsibility:
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly calendars, combining business and personal activities
• Schedule (and reschedule) meetings and conference calls, manage personal and concierge tasks
• Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plans.
• Coordinate business and personal travel, as needed


Qualifications:
• You have to be articulate and pleasant on the phone, in person and on email
• Energetic, reliable, ambitious, well-spoken, multi-tasking, and focused
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, calendar software and Google
• Proactive and able to anticipate needs of employers and clients
• Follow-through skills, strong attention to detail, excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Possess a driving license with a clean driving record
• Have customer service experience
