Responsibilities
– Build efficient, testable, and reusable Magento modules and themes – Develop per client requirements and solve reported issues – Support Magento production applications
Key Qualifications
– At least 2 years of experience in building web applications – Minimum of 1 year of experience coding in PHP and MySQL – Advanced knowledge of object-oriented programming – Good understanding of web engineering principles – Advanced understanding of PHP – Advanced understanding of SQL – Experience in AJAX, XML, JSON – Advanced in HTML5 and CSS – Must be able to brainstorm and communicate technology ideas and issues with peers and IT management
Good to have Qualifications
– Magento C.E 1.x and 2.x experience – Experience with JS Libraries (jQuery) – Basic knowledge of Git – Basic knowledge of Linux CLI – Advanced communication and presentation skills – Keen eye for detail to deliver world class web experiences
