Job Description

Duties include:
1. Following EA (External Adviser) to settle his duties and activities
2. Using computer to organize the work
3. Prepare/update daily, weekly, monthly agenda of EA
4. Setting up, filter and report communications and meetings request
5. Keep update meetings file (meeting preparation, outline meeting, outputs meetings)
6. Keep update each single topic file (background, state of facts, next steps, duties, deadlines)
7. Ensure completeness of all the topic/project cycle
8. Ensure completeness report of all the EA expenses
9. Tracing activities
10. Information proceedings for any abnormal situation
11. Completeness of accounts payable and accounts receivable
12. Ensure implementation internal information flow
13. Prepare the monthly report( meetings, activities ) with analysis
14. Support the EA in preparation of happening
15. Surveys for happening preparation
16. Assist foreigners and or delegation including all logistic aspects
17. Able to travel

Selection Criteria
1) Degree level
2) Good interpersonal skills
3) Calmness under pressure
4) The ability to work to strict deadlines
5) An organized and methodical approach
6) High level Office package (Excel, word and Outlook skills)
7) Positive, self-motivated and sharp eye for details
8) Advance logistic skills
9) Previous experiences
10) English communication skills. Albanian will be an advantage
11) Power point presentations
12) At least 3 years work experience
